Each child is provided with a folder which contains:
· The monthly menu;
· The bi-monthly newsletter;
· The child's daily diary;
· Artwork produced.
The contents will then be removed at the end of each month, bound and available for collection by parents if so desired at the end of the term.
The daily diary is a vital form of communication enabling parents to read and see what their child has taken part in whilst in my care. This diary is either e-mailed at the end of my working day or for those parents who prefer a paper copy is given at the end of the day upon collection when time allows otherwise verbal feedback is given and the diary is printed off and given when the child next visits.
Any completed pieces of art not being used for display will be added to the folder. Those on display will be added once removed from display.
All photographs taken will be placed onto a USB or CD and given to parents at the end of each term. Parents are asked to return the USB after a week so the following terms photographs may be added. Any CD's issued may be kept by parents.
