I provide a vegan diet to the children. Parents of children who are on special diets will be asked to provide as much information as possible about suitable foods and in some cases may be asked to provide the food themselves. 

If a child has any food allergies or intolerances, parents must inform me and we will work together to produce menus suitable for the child. Cultural dietary habits are respected. Parents are requested to provide me with details of food that can and cannot be eaten by the child.  

Meal and snack times are used as an opportunity to encourage good social habits. All meals and snacks are eaten at a table with myself. Children will be encouraged to feed themselves and will be given plenty of time to eat. They will be given fresh drinking water or oat/soya milk at meal and snack times.

All meals and snacks are included in the daily fee.

AM Snack: Fruit Loaf & Strawberries

Lunch: Tomato & Basil Pasta Bake, Side Salad, Apple Crumble & Custard

PM Snack: Wild Garlic & Cheese Biscuits

Dinner: Tofu Scramble On Pitta Bread, Cherry Soya Yoghurt

Tuesday

Breakfast: Pancakes With Strawberries 

AM Snack: Houmous & Crudités

Lunch: Roasted Vegetable Risotto, Side Salad, Blueberry Soya Yoghurt 

PM Snack: Pear & Grapes

Dinner: Three Bean Soup, Ciabatta Bread, Vanilla Soya Ice Cream

Wednesday

Breakfast: Weetabix & Cinnamon Banana

AM Snack: Watermelon & Apple

Lunch: Vegan Toad In The Hole, Mashed Potato & Vegetables, Strawberries & Cream

PM Snack: Marmite Crumpets & Pineapple

Dinners: Scrambled Tofu & Asparagus Wrap, Mango Soya Yoghurt

Thursday

Breakfast: Porridge With Grated Apple

AM Snack: Galia Melon & Grapes

Lunch: Gnocchi With Wild Garlic Pesto, Vegan Toad In The Hole, Mashed Potato & Vegetables, Strawberries & Cream

PM Snack: Pineapple & Oat Cheese Dip

Dinners: Scrambled Tofu Wrap, Mango Soya Yoghurt

Friday

Breakfast: Multigrain Hoops & Pear

AM Snack: Rice Cakes With Houmous

Lunch: Roasted Cauliflower Steaks With Garlic Potatoes & Spring Vegetables, Apple Soya Yoghurt 

PM Snack: Orange & Kiwi Fruit

Dinners: Lentil & Vegetable Soup, Ciabatta, Dandelion & Almond Cake
